Hi All!  My name is Kristen Robinson.  I started my personal training journey in 2013 and continue to love the impact fitness has on the lives of my clients.  I currently hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.  I have multiple certifications including Personal Training, Group Exercise Instructor, USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach, Spartan SGX Coach, TRX Certified, FMS Level 1 & 2, Schwinn Cycling Instructor, a Yoga Certification and of course CPR/AED and First Aid.

My favorite hobby is triathlons.  I have been competing in triathlons and running races since 2013.  I have competed in probably over 100 races.  This includes everything from sprint triathlons and 5k's to Half Ironman's and half marathons.  I was fortunate enough to qualify for ITU World's and Team USA in 2018 & 2019 as well as Nationals in 2015 & 2019.  I competed at ITU World's in 2018 in the Aquabike category and placed second in my age group.  It was an amazing day and truly a once in a lifetime experience.  I also enjoy being outdoors, hiking, fishing and more with my husband, family and 3 (large) dogs.

I have severe arthritis in both knees and sciatica on the left side.  Kristen patiently worked with me showing me moves that helped minimize both problems.  I built upper body and lower body strength which I now can climb stairs, get out of sitting positions and walk better with little pain.

When I was paired with Kristen based on my personality and means of motivation, I not only found a coach but I found a friend.  Kristen listens to you and in turn encourages you to listen to your body.  She will push you to achieve during each session, but her goals are realistic and attainable- setting you up for success!
